About Us
We are a community-rooted consultancy offering soulful, collaborative services that promote wellbeing, reduce social isolation, and support personal and collective healing. Guided by Ohana, Ubuntu and sacred economics, we work with a network of freelance practitioners to deliver compassionate, trauma-informed support in health, education, and social care. From consultancy and training to sustainable housing ideas and wellbeing initiatives, we strive to co-create solutions that transform lives. Consulting and Soulutions are an independent CIC, linked through a service level agreement to Goodwill In Action To Prevent Suicide CIO.

Our Profits
Our company is a non-profit, set up with a clear mission: profit with purpose. We are not established for private gain. Instead, when profits are made beyond our operating expenses, we commit to reinvesting 60–80% of those profits into:
